Mr. Malik currently serves as Executive Vice President, Global Sourcing and Product Services at Kohl’s.  Mr. Malik joined the Company as Senior Vice President – Global Product Services in 2016. 

Prior to joiningKohl’s, he served as an independent consultant to Kurt Salmon Associates from 2015 to 2016.  Prior to that, between 2003 and 2015, Mr. Malik served in several product sourcing and operations roles with Gap Inc. These roles included Vice President - Global Product Operations, Vice President, Managing Director - Gap International Sourcing, India,  General Manager - Old Navy Outlet Stores, Vice President, Production - Old Navy, Sr Director Supply Chain Strategy - Gap Inc and Sr Director Denim Sourcing at - Gap brand.  Prior to joining Gap, Inc., Mr. Malik served as Director of Sourcing, Women’s Apparel at Sears Holding Corporation from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, he served in management roles at Express, Inc.  Mr. Malik has over 25 years of experience in the retail industry.
