Shivananda has over 30 years of experience in Management System, Corporate Sustainability Strategy, Climate Change, Responsible investment , Product Stewardship, Laboratory Management, Food Safety and Sustainability and Regulatory Compliance. Prior to joining KPMG, Shivananda has worked with ERM India Pvt Ltd as a Partner; Practice Lead- Corporate Sustainability Advisory and Climate Change for 6 years and before that he worked with SGS India Pvt Ltd as a Business Director- Environmental Services and Product Leader for Climate Change for 25 years starting 1990.

He has worked Impact Assessment projects including Due Diligence, Sustainable Agriculture, Sustainable Supply Chain, ESG Strategy/ Reporting and Disclosure, Climate Change Risk Management, Validation and Verification of Carbon credits as per UNFCCC, VER & Gold Standard.
