Bob is Managing Partner and co-founder of FOUNT, a leading Dutch impact investment firm which provides Strategic Advisory and Fund & Investment Management services to drive social and environmental impact alongside reasonable financial returns in emerging markets. He has over 20 years of investment experience in developing countries (including senior positions at Triodos Investment Management, ProCreditBank and FMO) and a wealth of experience in setting up and managing funds. He has a vivid interest in sustainable business operations and has been on numerous investment and advisory assignments in countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and Central- and South Eastern Europe. Bob is currently Supervisory Board and IC-member for BIX Capital as well as Management Board and IC-member for AGRI3 Fund Manager and Board member for the AGRI3 TA Facility. Bob is also Fund Director of Good Fashion Fund, a first of its kind and unique initiative to create systemic change in the textile and apparel industry by financing apparel manufacturers for the implementation of highly impactful and disruptive production technologies in Asia.
