Deepak Rautela is the Associate Vice President - Training & Organizational Development at Shahi Exports.

With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the field, Mr Deepak has honed his expertise in worker training & well-being, leadership development, and designing organizational development strategies. Deepak leads a team dedicated to identifying & developing talent across hierarchies and also designing interventions oriented towards worker wellbeing.

He designs and implements comprehensive training programs and OD projects tailored to the unique needs of workers. He has led multifarious interventions over soft skills training & OD programs oriented towards improving the physical and mental health of workers apart from improving the work environment.

Deepak holds an MBA and has been trained as a Certified Director- L&D in North America.
